A MOUSTACHE.
Moving for something
bigger than ourselves.
Movember puts men’s health in the spotlight. This November, we’re turning our everyday runs into a shared reason to show up, check in, and support the cause.
You don’t need to be the fastest. You just need to be part of it. Lace up, bring a mate, and make your kilometres matter.

One shared goal. Plenty of ways to get there.
What counts towards the challenge?+
Run, TrailRun, VirtualRun activities count between 2026-11-01 and 2026-12-01 (end exclusive), in Europe/London. Treadmill runs count as ordinary runs. Everyone enters runs manually. Log each run once; ask the organiser to correct an entry.
How do I log my runs?+
Create an athlete with a display name. Select that name in Log a run, then enter the date, kilometres and activity type. Eligible runs update the team total immediately. No login or fitness subscription is needed.
Can I take part without being on the leaderboard?+
Use a nickname rather than your full name. New athlete names appear in the public selector and leaderboard. Ask the organiser if you need a private contribution; existing hidden athletes stay out of public lists.
Do I need to run a certain distance?+
No minimum. No pace requirement. Every eligible kilometre helps. Run at your own pace and make space for a conversation along the way.
